- All-day comfort in heels 1 1/2" or higher.

- Ultra-soft gel arch shifts pressure off ball of foot.

- Designed for high heels 1 1/2" or higher.

How to Use
Step 1: Wipe inside of shoes clean and remove plastic backing from high heel insoles.

Step 2: Line up heel with back of shoe and raised arch with inner edge of shoe.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.

How It Works
When wearing high heels, the body's center of gravity is tilted forward, adding pressure to the ball of foot.

Dr. Scholl's Stylish Step High Heel Relief Insoles are designed specially to help rebalance the foot so pressure is shifted off the ball of foot, which helps relieve pain from high heels.

Ball of Foot Pain
The ball of the foot is the portion of the foot between your arch and toes, where bones called your metatarsals are located. As you walk, your weight is transferred from your heel to the ball of your foot, and if the weight is unevenly transferred to the metatarsals and over the ball of your foot, pain and swelling of the area can occur. You may have it if you experience pain in the ball of foot area. Frequently, painful calluses may also occur in the skin of that area.
